My basil looks terrible

My basil plant looks terrible. It is getting watered on a regular basis and I fertilized it not too long ago with 6-6-6. Just a sprinkle of fertilizer. I'm about to take it out and put it in a pot. It is kinda yellowing and has spots on the bottom leaves.

Too much water.

I agree, it's probably too much water. How much/often are you watering it?
It could be over fertilizing too, I start my seeds in 4 to 1 (aged manure to soil, we have clay soil so nothing grows unless I do) & then let it go on it's own.
How much sun is it getting?
