My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
AKA Perilla frutescens. I bought it for it's attractive leaves to add to a "Pot of Purple", but the description sounds interesting..."Distinct cinnamon-clove flavor and aroma, with spiciness of cumin."
Are any of you familiar with this herb and how to use it?
Yes, I've grown it and eaten it, but I'm not into Japanese food, so I've only used it as a substitute for spinach, or in salads, stirfries, quiche etc. I grew it mainly for its colourful foliage, but like the amaranth it attracted grasshoppers to the garden, so I got rid of it pretty quick-smart.
