Mint: Drying Result

Hi all,

I have recently begun growing my own herbs and I dried my first bunch only just a week ago. The Rosemary seems to be drying just fine and I will decide what to do with it soon however...

The Mint was collected quite late when it was mature and the buds had formed. I hung them to air dry and I now spotted something a little odd. The leaves are all dry but the stems and leaves are all covered by a thin layer of white fluff. They smell fine only this looks suspicious, shall I dump the lot? I did notice a few leaves with white spots when they were collected, I suspect it went wrong from the beginning only I wanted to be sure to learn from my mistakes.
