I seem to recall strawberries are a good winter sown seed since they need a cold period for germination. Might be your problem for the strawberry - cold stratification.

Go to google and type in " seed germination." It should help you get the exact method needed for each type of plant.

Thanks for the comment. ( FataMorgana )

strawberries need a cold period for germination. Can you give me some advise on the temp to germinate it? Can you share your way or tips handle it?

Your tropical climate is unknown to most of us here in US.

But I would direct sow the following:
-- melons ..anything in cucurbits family

With the small seeded ones you can start in container, in a cooler , shaded place outside, then transplant.
75F - 95F temp range is a bit too high for many small seeds, to keep them moist .

I suggest that you check with ASIAN VEGETABLES forum, here on the GW.
Good luck !

My google suggestion got wacked a bit. I guess the GW software doesn't like less than/greater than signs. Try googling "name of plant seed germination".

As far as cold stratification, you'll have to read but people use refrigerators and freezers for their seeds to get the proper cold temperatures. Folks like myself, where we can have freezing temperatures for about half the year, can use the outdoors to help us get the right cold stratification conditions.

I don't know which Passiflora (passion fruit) you have but our native one P. incarnata also requires a cold period. The tropical ones will certainly have different requirements. Link below.

Strawberry germination, look at the Fragaria listings here.
