Ok, I have no patience. I went ahead and made this. Of course I played with the recipe by adding 1 tsp of orange extract and red pepper flakes. Gave it a nice bite.

Here is a pic. I did have to add one package of powdered pectin because I thought it was a bit too runny for dipping sauce. This will be super yummy with chicken strips or nuggets.
