I have tomatos coming out my ears. I would like to make a mild taco sauce, but can't find a recipe. Anyone have a good one? TIA

I believe there is one in the BBB, I don't have it with me (I am at work), but I would suggest looking there if you have a copy.

After your reply I checked my '95 BBB. Earlier I had only looked at the '93 BBB. Anyhoo, you were right! Taco Sauce!

Maybe I should invest in a new BBB.

glad to be of assistance! I used to sit and read novels every night, but lately I have been reading canning books every night when hubby is watching TV during our "winding down" part of our evening. I knew i had seen it in there (mostly because I had thought about making it!). I should consider beinging the books to work with me for reference during the day. lol. I think i am addicted!

happy canning!
