Lisa, they respond quickly to email. I haven't tried the phone. I went up today. I was very impressed. The larger one 25 gal was now $42, the smaller 15 gal was $25. The only other source that I found them was asking over $100 for this tree. The small one could barely get in the car. It took 3 of us. Now I can't get it out, it is too heavy, I have to wait for assistance when hubby gets home. I also picked up a gorgeous cordyline that I hadn't seen or heard of before, $7. Everything looked healthy. They were so nice. I'd definitely do business with them again.
