I know exactly how you feel.
Most of "us" came here looking for information about hummingbirds.
What feeder to use, how much sugar to how much water, what are the hummers' favorite plants, the list goes on and on.

I was amazed by the amount of quality first-hand information that was shared here. I've even had the pleasure to meet some of the folks not only from the Hummingbird forum, but the Butterfly garden Forum as well.

We all share the same penchant of helping to take care of some of the smallest and most wonderful critters on the planet. In return for our labor of planned gardens and well placed clean and tended to feeders, we get the thrills that light up the smiles on our faces as we watch with child like awe at the amazing acrobatics of our little friends.
So please stick around Suzyqute and you too can help welcome and enlighten the forum members of the near future with your own little tips of how to attract the darling Hummingbird to their own corner of the world !

I too, was enlightened by the all the info from the wonderful GW's on this forum! Now I find myself pacing all fall and winter in extreme impatience for their return! Seriously! LOL

I do keep several hundred pics on hand to tide me over!

I just looked at a video that another hummer gardener made of my garden this summer. I had forgotten that there was so much hummer activiy in the video. It has renewed my enthusiasm and my excitement thinking of their return. I learned a lot from the people that frequented this forum in my early days here. I think Lee said it best.

Thanks for all your responses, I sure do enjoy all the photos , thanks for the "pretty in pink" photos - what are those flowers, please? I so look forward to spring and the return of our little flying beauties.
