Hi,

I have a hummingbird nest in a very quiet area of my backyard. The mother was on the nest for 3 days solid last week, rarely leaving it and now I have not seen the mother for 3 days. There is at least 1 egg in the nest (I can look down onto the nest from an upstairs window). I'm really hoping this is part of the normal hummingbird nesting habits, but I'm very worried about the egg. Can anyone reassure me???? Thanks.
