I don't know of any reason why you wouldn't get the Ruby Throated Hummingbird there. You really do have a much better chance of seeing them if you put a feeder up. Put it close to a window where you often look out.

went to dentist this morning and when I came back there was a ruby throat buzzing around my columbines. We have been have dreary weather and wondered when they would appear I immediately went in house filled up the feeder and then hung it outside on their usual limb and it wasn't long they were at it. Love "em.
