My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hummingbird on nest webcam

I was fortunate enough to have a mother hummingbird build her nest on my wife's wind chimes. I set up a web cam and stream live daily from 5:30am pacific to dark on weekdays and from whenever I wake up to dark on weekends.

I noticed the nest on the 11th of April and got the cam up on Wednesday the 14th.
