Where are my hummingbirds????!!!!!!

I regularly feed hummingbirds in my garden and I usually have between 2 and 6 birds coming and feeding frequently during the day. This year had been an especially good year for hummers--a few weeks ago I counted about 12 of them waiting their turn around the feeder! Then, nothing. Except for an occasional one or two they've all disappeared. I know that some hummers migrate, but I didn't think they would during the breeding season. Could someone who knows more about hummingbird behavior enlighten me?
