My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I believe it is a one of a kind blown glass piece by artist Dale Chihuly.

      The cost was over $500,000 6 years ago including installation by Artist Dale Chihuly. The lighting and structural support was done separately by our company. The home was built with steel framing.

      This a stunning masterpiece… We hand blow this style of chandelier all of the time for our clients, but this is the largest I have seen in a home. Beautiful choice of colors also... Very impressive Luis!!!
