My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Vacations and having to leave the feeders...

I know I planted plenty of flowers and they wouldn't go hungry. Reluctantly I took down the red ant cups and feeders before we left, since I didn't want to tease them. I put them back as soon as we got home and saw my hummers soon after. In fact, we had a new ruby throated male I hadn't seen before! My female has grown fat tanking up for the migration ahead. I also hung a new feeder with the old ones so they'd find it and use it, which they have. I was so worried they'd leave, but I know now I didn't need to worry at all!

(I have to admit I didn't enjoy my vacation as much as I have my hummingbirds, since I returned home...)
