So after some years the bamboo and ceder is now weathered and i just made this miyoshi lantern out of concrete. i still need the make the window screen to adapt a light in it so it will work

this is the miyoshi lantern i made out of concrete. I made a wooden form waited 6 hours and took it off and carved in the japanese characters...Better then paying appox. 500 bucks for it..
