first iris, almost, to open

Coral Point opened today. This is a very reliable bloomer for me. It's beard has always been a stubby projection. The color usually photographs as pink but it is a pastel coral pink. I'm excited!

Lovely! I have Coral Point & love it. Will be a while before I see mine yet, but I can enjoy yours. Looks good with the purples in back.

Can I say I am green with envy?? I love Coral Point and yours is beautiful!
Of course after the winter we have had I think any iris would be welcome l one as long as its open in my yard.

Harry, to the top of the terminal bud was 34 1/2 inches this year.
Listed at 39 inches.
