power wash with a detergent brick cleaner , then with hot water and soap, rinse and seal.
rain and ground splash have gotten into the brick and becomes more visiable with time as the mosture bring salt form the mortar to the surface.

I would replace the bay window with a flat window. Maybe two of the window to the left.

You might need to upgrade your gutters and leaders to the new larger 5 inch size and make sure they get cleaned twice a year.

I'd like to see a landing level to bring up the area around the front steps over toward the edge of the middle section of the house (from the front door to the left.) Right now the sharp incline is distracting to the front of the house. Creating a patio type landing would make that area feel more gracious. These aren't the style, but you can see you an area is built up to a higher level and then the run of stps would be shorter.
