Moving siberian Iris

Hi I have 4 or 5 siberian iris 2 unknown and ceasars beard? They are in part shade and only bloomed a bit this year 2 or 3 blooms each I would like to move them to a sunny spot so when is the best time?? Now or in the fall. The Japanese Iris in same location are doing great do they tolerate more shade?

I do my relocations in the fall, for here that means Sept as that will allow the plants to obtain new roots. Best thing here is know your last frost date to plant about 6 weeks before that.
