Moving Lily Bulbs

My husband is putting a new deck up and I have a bunch of oriental lilies close by. They have started to sprout up already due to the warm weather. They are only up about 3 or 4 inches. Can I move these bulbs now? I hate the thought of my husband and my brother trying to put this deck up and stepping on the stalk.
