I'm just wondering whether there's an official name for plain light sockets with a cord that you can plug into the wall. I can't seem to find too many places online that sell a medium base socket connected to a cord - most places sell socket adapters and stuff. This is kind of what I'm looking for, except I don't need such a high wattage. I thought IKEA sold these things, but I can't find them there anymore. I have a feeling that I'm just not searching under the right name, since I would have though that something like this would be pretty common. I can't even find it on ebay, and I've tried light socket, light fixture, socket assembly etc...

Any suggestions?
