The plain beige room with old stone fireplace was replaced with inspiration of a red and black room seen in Veranda magazine.

The new flooring is a commercial grade laminate called Molten Concrete Lava. The Black Paint is From Benjamin Moore and the Red is "Indiscreet" from Home Deopt. The sofa is a Jonathan Loius Design as is the ottoman.

The 6 black and white photos on the wall are from the homeowner and put on canvas by Canvas on Demnad. They are mounted to the wall on slotted angle iron like you might use to hang a garage door opener.

The window treatments are from Pottery Barn and hang on galvanized pipe.

The fireplace was raised 18 inches to give a better view of the new gas insert.
