all beans should be stored in a refrigerator in a plastic bag or other sealed container with a little water sprinkled on them. This works for a max of 2 days, after that, they may mold or otherwise spoil.

With that said, most of the tender beans desiccate rather fast. I've seen the same with many of my heirloom beans.

Try picking them early in the morning if you pick them during the heat of the day they will wilt very soon.
