I ordered from cottage gardener (cottagegardener.com) last year and this year as well. They specialize in heirloom/organic and cooler climate seeds. I had pretty good success last year despite the fact that I was new to gardening. My tomatoes didn't turn out due to blight (I didn't stake them and didn't water properly) and I only got a few peppers but it had to due with my lack of experience and not the seeds!
