If it's still drooping after that recent cold spell, something else is going on. All mine are back to normal.

Check root zone for dryness. Otherwise, chances are if parts of crown are rolling up, turning brown while others are not it has a root and/or stem rot due to a water mold (Phytophthora etc.) infestation. As with most other woody plant tops of rhododendrons can also be killed by honey fungus (Armillaria) attacking the crown. I often seen old, dried up honey fungus rhizomorphs on trunks of older hybrid rhododendrons in this area - the attack apparently not having succeeded in killing the top in these instances.
