Cedrus cultivar ID

There is a commonly planted Cedrus here in Everett and vicinity with extremely sparse branching, limbs just here and there and gently sweeping upward, habit is similar to the sparsely branched Xanthocyparis nootkatensis cultivars. Since they are more air than tree, they seem to work well in close proximity to each other and to buildings. Have seen 3 or 4 used in very small front yards to great and dramatic effect. Anyone know the species and variety? Ron?
