Kelso is USDA 8. This supplier is a major source for outlets here. Of course, to get the full range you will have to look at others also.

Note that some plants they indicate for Zone 8 don't actually persist up here, so searching Zone 7 might work better - if you want to be sure of hardiness (others they list for Zone 8 do often last for a long time here). Commercial sources tend to overstate hardiness and understate growth potential.

I just wanted to get a "start" on where to look...I did a search for evergreen plants and got mostly evergreens like "trees and shrubs", not looking for those.
