Wow again! Although Roses were one of those plants I haven't warmed up to, that garden was a real treat! Did you notice the Echiums! Sigh.....

Grass paths don't work very well for me, at least the kind of grass that grows here and likes to send runners into nearby beds. Perhaps I should try the Nepeta at the base of the roses to keep down weeds. I hope my little bareroot Buff Beauty I planted last year can bloom like his soon. Sigh. A couple of Gallicas were blooming in a larger clump last year though. It won't be long now, my Hellebores are starting to bloom.
