That's all I can tell you. The previous homeowner stopped taking care of the yard for the last few years, and it was tall and lanky. When we moved in at the end of September, there were sad looking old pink roses that were falling off. It attacked you as you walked up the walkway to the house so I cut it back to practically nothing.

If you're willing to dig it up (there's a cute bulb-plant emerging in the middle too) it's yours.
