I was just at the lock of Seattle and the small botanical garden there I saw a broadleaf evergreen shrub about 6- 7 feet tall that had nice fragrant white flowers. Can anyone tell me the name of the plant? It seemed like it was at the end of its' flowering on March 27th when I was there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
