smells good and the fruits are a bonus, if you plant two varieties for pollination.

Climbing Hydrangea, Clematis 'Nelly Moser'

Nelly Moser will flower with only 4 hours of sun? I might want to try that too!

It is my understanding that it will. Most of my clematis are in only partial sun and all do bloom. I don't have 'Nelly Moser' but it is the one I see recommended for shade the most often.

I have Clematis Nelly Moser on the north side of my house, so it only gets a couple of hours of very early morning sun, and it blooms really well ever year. I also vote for Akebia quintata.

With Akebia you are talking about a much bigger, more rambunctious vine than the clematis. How big of an area is involved?

yes, but akebia will take drastic pruning and bounce right back...then you have starts to share!
