Source for unusual annuals

Does anyone know of a source in the Seattle/Puget Sound region for unusual annuals? There are some beauties I've seen on the web, but I'd like to avoid shipping charges if possible. I'm looking for the tall form of Chinese forget me not and yellow cosmos as well as a few others.
