Source will say what uses they think appropriate. Note that as with all nutrient sources results and suitability for a specific site will depend on makeup of existing soil. If your soil already has plenty of something this stuff adds there may be no benefit from the additional amount being applied - and it is possible to overload a soil with nutrients, even produce a toxicity.
