Re:Magnolia didn't bloom .........

Hi everyone,

I have a Magnolia Elizabeth. It has flowered only once since it was planted 4 years ago. It is now a 7-8 feet tree. It may have put buds ~1-2 months ago but nothing after that. Some of them are still there but they don't seem to be growing. I have seen a similar magnolia flowering in my neighborhood. What can I do to get it to flower this or next year?
