Alchemilla mollis, Lady's mantle.

Can be weedy, if left to go to seed. But it is also used in beautiful plantings.
Saw a whole bed of it at Columbia winery in Woodinville last week, it was beautiful. It would likely be removed and replanted with something else later in the summer as commercial plantings typically go.
