My monitor is telling me there are no problems with the rug, so I have to assume the ivory is just that. It's reading a very pale gray. I like that your chair is dark gray and the sofa is a light gray. So if it were actually a neutral (not blue) light gray, that should work. I also love the sofa wall and the pillows.

wow. I love your furniture, rug and accent wall color. I think the coffee table scale is throwing off the room. Very nice room. I think a modern, glass top coffee table would be awesome here.

I am not sure if you're into it and I can't tell the color of the other wall, but I think that the accent wall that you want to paint over would look great with a really light mint green color- I think it would look great with the grey couch and black coffee table... It is evident you have put a lot of work into this room though, and you're just fine tuning----- brava!

My monitor is reading everything looks great colorwise, but the coffee table is out of scale, too large for the rest of your furnishings. And I LOVE your red wall! I'd love to have the courage to do that!

I really like the fabric on you couch! Where did you get it? I think that the rug, coffee table, and wall color need to go. How about a fun wallpaper? Or maybe since you liked the shag rug, which means you like texture, a fun silver grass cloth with metallic or glass elements mixed in? I would go with a smaller, not so heavy table. Maybe one made of lucite?

Ditto on the comments on monitor showing correct colors. I like what I am seeing. I like the Flower Pot so much I would do the whole room. What I don't care for are the pillows.

@ Manon, Thanks so much! I will try that. Rug shopping is so tough. The sofa is actually a little warmer in color in person than the photo shows. I attached another photo from the web as it seems my camera shows it as more grey than it actually is. I will look for a rug that is a little cooler in tone (maybe the hint of grey as suggested will work)

@ nybabymama, thanks! The sofa is the Liam Sofa from Mitchell Gold Bob Williams. This particular fabric is Palma Flax that came as stock fabric in the spring/summer season. I actually did think about a grass cloth fabric for the wall accent. The table came from my last home & I am determined to work with it...lol. It's fairly new and I have no room elsewhere for it :( The chocolate chair is actually huge & too big for the room as well. I'm hoping a smaller chair (s) will help with the scale problem sucked up by the table.
