My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Ahhhh....the conundrum of hebe cultivar names :-) Hebes are extremely easy to hybridize and with their growing popularity, there are scores of new varieties appearing on the market annually. Some of these are remarkably similar in appearance. Haven't seen those you mention around locally, but you could check out Hebe 'Purple Shamrock', which appears to have many similar attributes. It is being grown by a large local wholesaler, so should be pretty available. It is currently in stock at Emery's in Lynnwood.
