Deer ate my monkshood!

I have three Aconitum henryi 'Sparks Variety'. It looks like a passing deer ate about 2" off the top of each one, so maybe 1 bite each plant.

Two questions:

1. Can deer safely eat Aconitum? Do I now a very sick deer in my neighborhood?

2. Will they still bloom?
