I don't think so. We have to take ours to them and pay for it's disposal. There are also paper bags at Home Depot and
Fred Meyer that you can stuff and set next to your yard debris bin and they charge a dollar. At least we can do this in Portland.

If you can get the cuttings to them, OVS in Stafford will take them for recycle. Maybe rent a truck from HD?

For a removal of 5 damaged sidewalk strip trees following an ice storm, my brother rented a trailer to get the debris to the recycle - he had the truck. Next big project was some major limbing on the wooded lot of fir and natives he bought next to his new home, and for that he rented a commercial chipper - would chipping/shredding be a possibility for you?

Transfer stations here have separate areas for yard waste, which then gets taken to a place that makes it into compost.

We use the yard waste bin system in my city, too, though nearby San Jose allows you to leave piles on the edge of the street on appropriate days. They have a huge composting operation. In my neighborhood, different neighbors borrow each others' bins on weeks when they have an overflow; with permission, of course. If you know your neighbors, you could ask them if you might borrow their bins on a week when they are not using them, as get rid of the debris sooner. If you don't know your neighbors, this might be the time to remedy that situation!

We fill each other's bins too. :) We usually have the most yard debris though as we have the most plants by a mile. We have to take in truckloads occasionally or we'd never get rid of it all and we have two composters going too.
