My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I am still working on resizing images (obviously) --But this pinocchio and the maxilaria previously posted rebloomed as a direct result of advice I have read on this forum. I have afew others in spike for the first time which I am dying to see.Thanks for all the good help.
