Use photo editing software to downsize your photo before uploading it. If you're using Microsoft Office, under Office Tools there's Picture Manager for doing just that. Mac OS X has something too, I think it's called iPhoto. And digital cameras usually include some kind of photo editing software of their own. You want to both reduce the dimensions and the dots per inch. Computer screens only display 96 dpi so there's no point uploading the 200 dpi that you'd want if you were going to print it.

Very nice photos/garden. The fencing in the last link looks interesting/nice. Is it made entirely from wood or are the slats made of something different?

The top fence is just cedar lattice panels I put up when I first started. The stair rails are glass framed by cedar painted house color. The framework on the block wall is made from the old painted rails I tore off the original deck when I rebuilt it. I just ran a planer over them to make them look like barnwood. My wife hated seeing the cracks in the wall so I put that up to serve as a trellis for alternating 'Living Easy' and 'Easy Going' roses to cover the wall.

I like the effect. I can't really see the glass, but it looks great overall.

I loved, loved your picture. Nice size too. Full page--how great. Loved your fish and the plants, and ...everything.
One of these days I will learn how to post pictures. On my -to-do-list.
