PRETTY grapes! How do they taste? Are they for eating, or for wine?

I'm trying to breed some roses just for fun. I started my first seeds last fall, and have 2 plants that seem to be doing well. One has bloomed and the other one is growing nicely (and had fabulous fall color.) I've collected a lot more seeds (open pollinated, except for one cross to see how that works) and have them stratisfying for next year. Next comes some reading up on genetics to learn a little more about matching chromosome pairs. It's strictly for fun . If it gets too serious I might stop doing it.
