My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We are on VRBO listing number #293270. I don't rent it out much any more but would be happy to check dates and let you know. I do much better on last minute things because if we don't go up, I will let it go.

How did you create an outdoor space so close to the river considering the EPA trout buffers? I have a property on the Chattahoochee River in North Georgia and I want to do something similar, but have concerns about the EPA buffer regulations. I would appreciate your feedback.
