Just a quick note from one of them 'oldies'. Was thumbing thru a seed catalog last night,thought of all of you.A few minutes of down time this morning so I thought I'ld look ya up.

Boy have things changed around here !! Everything looks so different. Site seems to run a little slower? Maybe it's me. Lord knows I'm slower nowdays.

Kinda ashamed to say my garden has taken a backseat these past couple years. Four beautiful Grandbabies have been keeping my arms and heart full. Number five will be along this Sept. Always room for more on Grammas lap !

Our Eldest Granddaughter Hailee, she's a real Grammas girl. She will be three this next month. She loves to cook and sew. We hope to have her first pieced quilt ready in time for the fair this year.She's already finish a whole clothe. Yes.She can even run grammas sewing machine.

She and I are planning to

do much more gardening this year. She's planned lots of sunflowers, caterpillers and butterfies. Grammas just gonna try to keep up ...

My Love and best wishes to all. I promise to do better and pop in more often.

Gosh, Welcome back , Cricket (humm-that used to my name on the C.B--LOL) sounds as if your heart is overflowing. Suns shining today--least I think it is--havent seen such in weeks.

Hi Cricket! Boy I bet your house is fun with all those grandbabies running around. My mother taught my daughters to sew and cooked with them when they were little. She had more time and patience for that than I did at the time so I appreciated it. They'll like helping you in your garden too. Maybe Hailee has a favorite veggie you could plant or melons.

Glad to hear from you. I remember meeting you at a swap in Marshfield. Hope you stick around.

Cricket, I've been missing you! Before I got "lost in space" for a while, I think I even posted a time or two asking where you were...I've had to move around for a while but you may remember me as just plain old "FourSeasons." I don't live in MO right now, but I have to tell you I can't wait to get back and see what those morning glory seeds look like now that you sent me. I planted them and my neighbor and I have been enjoying them ever since...

I'm happy you're back and keep posting the news about your developing garden with your new generation of hands... :)

I wonder how many of the original bunch is still around?The site is LOTS slower for me too.I have been off too-got discouraged with the new owners or whatever.Just was able to get registered again.Its good to hear from you guys.We have more grandbabies too and chickens and less garden with the ice and freeze and drouth.Hope this will be a better year.Posy_Pet
