Hey, I like that William. I am needing some trellises for clematis and will keep that in mind. How did you attach the panel to the frame? and the corners of the frame? Inquiring minds want to know.

we have a sawmill that is very close to the house. all the lumber is rough cut cedar. the trellis is floating in the frame. gldno1- if you go to the top right of the picture there is a browse arrow. there are a couple more pics that might show you how it is catured. i enjoy building garden structures but am running out of ideas. think i will go to the the library today and see if i can come up with some more stuff.

looks like i am going to drive everyone crazy with pics. was afraid of that.

I for one don't mind the pics. they are great gives me ideas as well as something to do till spring.I called the guy @ our saw yard and he is going to check on some timber and get back to me. I hope this all works. I plan on ripping out those ugly timber and re do that area. I'll move the timber beds on over to the far side of the house. Still be useful but not such a sight when you first pull up to house. I'm going to start looking to a plan to build a table to out side I'm out there all the time, one of the tables I had out last year got swept up by strong wind and smashed. Good day to all.
