My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
2nd-time bloom...within a year! Color has improved a bit as well as the shape but still at 1 flower per spike yet --- about 6.5" wide natural spread. It's amazing what C. Horace can do. IMHO, the dark copper red top of the chevron pattern on the lip seems to set this apart from other pink catts I've seen.
Thanks for your comments... yes, it is fragrant and can be detected within 5 ft from the flower. The fragrance is somewhere between a schroederae and trianaei.
