If it were my garden, I'd dig them up now while they're easy to find and replant at once. If you wait till the foliage dies, they'd be hard to lift without injury. The foliage helps the plant store food for the next year, so you are supposed to let the foliage die on its own. Some folks plant them with other things so the foliage fades in. I grow little tiny daffodils because I didn't like the heaps of limp foliage hanging around.

I have loads of daffodils, they are my favorite. I tie up the foliage after they bloom to make room for annuals in between them. But I also mark the ones I want to dig up....I have many different varieties. I dig them up with the foliage attached and plant them immediately in their new spot. It has worked for me. Leave the foliage until it yellows or is easily pulled off without tugging. I agree with demeron about the heaps of limp foliage.....they seem to take 6 weeks to die back....too long if you want to plant anything in the same bed like I do.
