Hi,

I've posted a question on the vine forum before I saw this one. I have a passiflora caerulea"waterloo blue". When I purchased it last year the salesperson told me I'd have to collect the seeds from the fruit and plant it again in the spring. Well, I did more research when I got home and thought based on what I read that the vine would probably die back to the ground but come back up in the spring. Well it did not die back to the ground and it never produced any fruit (after reading this forum I understand I'll need another passiflora to cross poll. the fruit) But my question is do I cut it back if so how much. Thank you all so much. I also now understand that the baby vines popping up at the end of the summer are to be expected. Thanks for any help, Beth
