I planted them this year for the first time. planted them in hilled up rows. Now digging them is...............well, there has got to be a better way. they grow in the hills but also out even up to a foot or two. and till I find them I have generally pierced them with the digging fork. Is there a better way to plant and harvest so I don't break/cut most of them?
