I would like to know:

A) type of wood [species] being used
B) dimension of the materials i.e. 1"x3" or ...etc.
C) method of adhesion ~ glue/nail

Could be Cumaroo ... or a simple pine with a nice clear on it...

many ways to adhere the wood to the wall

ie: impregnated fasteners ie: standoffs from the wall side
brackets etc.

I doubt its just glue LoL The magic is always in the details ... good luck
