4 in 1 Apple Tree just arrived with leaf spots

I ordered a 4-in-1 apple tree (Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, McIntosh, and Granny Smith) from Backyard Fruit Nursery. It arrived today and it has big yellow spots with an orange center mostly on the Golden Delicious branch!

Is this Cedar-Apple-Quince fungus? Why would they send something out like this? I couldn't get a hold of them today. Should I plant it? Not very happy about this. It was a bit pricey and shipping was really pricey.
